Here’s how our return process works:

Vertex Goods has a specific policy for handling incorrect, broken, or damaged items. If a customer receives such an item, We will arrange for an exchange delivery, provided that the claim is filed within 48 hours of delivery through their website's complaint center. When launching a claim, video proof from the customer is mandatory to clearly demonstrate or explain the fault with the item. Verbal claims alone will not be accepted. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of parcel delivery; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
